Our services involve dedicated time, strategic planning, and creative work. Once we begin working on your project, our team invests effort that cannot be reversed. For this reason, most payments are non-refundable once work has started.
The following services are not eligible for refunds once work has begun:
If you paid but work has not begun, you may request a refund. (Processing fees or administrative charges may apply.)
If you accidentally made two payments for the same service, the extra payment will be refunded.
If, for some unexpected reason, we fail to start your project and no work has been completed, we will refund your payment.
Refund decisions for the scenarios above may take 3–7 working days to review.
Our service fee and your advertising budget are always separate.

You may cancel next month’s service by giving prior notice.
For monthly services, cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle if requested before renewal.
