E-commerce Development Services That Turn Visitors Into Customers

We build online stores that are easy to shop and easy to run. Our e-commerce development work starts with how your customers actually buy, then shapes the catalogue, product pages and checkout around that, so a visit has a clear path to becoming an order.

Markets We Work In

Built for Retailers Across Pakistan and Beyond

Our store builds are shaped for businesses selling locally and to customers abroad, from single-category retailers taking their first online orders to established catalogues that have outgrown their platform. Different sectors, one constant: a store that loads quickly and checks out without friction.

The Problem

Why Your Online Store Is Losing Sales

Most stores that underperform are not badly designed. They are slow, awkward to browse on a phone, and built on a structure that makes shopping feel like work, so customers leave at the exact moment they were ready to buy.

Slow on mobile

Most of your traffic arrives on a phone, and the store takes seconds to respond. Every extra second costs orders before the product page has even loaded.

Catalogue hard to browse

Products sit in flat lists with no filtering, and categories are named for the business rather than the shopper. Customers cannot find what they came for.

Checkout abandonment

Extra fields, unclear delivery charges and no guest checkout. Buyers reach the final step and leave rather than complete the order.

A platform you have outgrown

The store was built on a template that cannot handle your catalogue size, payment options or delivery zones, so every new requirement becomes a workaround.

What changes when the store is built properly

The fix is rarely a new theme. It is structure and speed. When the catalogue is organised the way customers search, the checkout asks only what it needs, and the pages load quickly on a phone, the same traffic starts producing orders.

What We Do

Our E-commerce Approach

Eight disciplines run together. Each one removes a different reason a shopper leaves before completing an order. For businesses that also need a brand site alongside the store, this work pairs with our website design and development service.

Platform Selection

WooCommerce, Shopify or a custom build, chosen against your catalogue size, payment needs and how your team wants to manage stock rather than what is fashionable.

Store Architecture

Category structure, filters and product relationships planned around how customers actually shop, so the catalogue stays navigable as it grows.

Product Pages

Images, variants, sizing, delivery information and pricing laid out so a buyer can decide without leaving the page or messaging you first.

Checkout & Payments

Guest checkout, local payment methods, cash on delivery and card gateways configured, with the fewest possible steps between cart and confirmation.

Mobile-First Build

Designed on a phone first, because that is where most of your traffic is. Layouts, images and forms are sized for a thumb, not a desktop.

Speed & Core Web Vitals

Image compression, caching and clean front-end code, so product and category pages load quickly on Pakistani mobile connections.

Inventory & Order Management

Stock levels, order status and courier integration connected, so the store and the warehouse agree with each other.

Analytics & Tracking

Conversion tracking, e-commerce events and funnel reporting set up correctly from launch, so you can see where orders are won and lost.

How We Work

How Our Store Build Process Works

A sequence, not a template. Each stage settles something the next one depends on.

01

Discovery & Requirements

We start with how you sell today: catalogue size, order volume, payment methods, delivery zones and who will run the store after launch.

02

Platform & Architecture Planning

Platform recommendation, category structure, product data model and the integrations your store needs, agreed before any build starts.

03

Design & Prototype

Key templates designed and prototyped on a phone first: home, category, product and checkout, so the buying path is settled early.

04

Development & Integrations

The store is built and connected to payments, couriers, inventory and accounting, with product data imported and checked.

05

Testing & Launch

Test orders placed end to end, payments verified, delivery charges confirmed and redirects in place, then the store goes live.

06

Optimisation & Support

After launch we watch real order data, fix friction in the funnel and add what the store turns out to need.

Fashion Store Rebuilt for Mobile Buying

Challenge: an apparel catalogue on a theme that had become slow to filter and awkward to browse on a phone. We rebuilt the store on WooCommerce with mobile-first category and product templates, variant-level stock and size and colour filtering. Outcome: category pages now load in under two seconds and mobile checkout completion roughly doubled.

Beauty Store Restructured Around Discovery

Challenge: a beauty store where finding a product depended on searching, with no routine for bundles or repeat orders. We restructured the catalogue around skin concern and product type, added bundled kits and a reorder path, and rebuilt the product template to put ingredients and delivery times above the fold. Outcome: sessions per visitor rose by around a third and repeat orders became the largest share of revenue.

Electronics Store Built for Comparison

Challenge: a high-SKU electronics store where buyers could not compare models and left to check specifications elsewhere. We rebuilt the category template around a specification comparison table, cleaned up the product data model, and added filters for brand, capacity and price range. Outcome: time on category pages increased by roughly 40% and add-to-cart rate rose from 3.1% to 4.6%.

They rebuilt the store around how people actually shop on a phone. Filtering finally works, and checkout stopped losing people at the last step.

FAQ

Frequently Asked E-commerce Questions

Straight answers to the questions we’re asked most often. If yours isn’t here, ask us directly and we’ll tell you what we’d do.

It depends on your catalogue, your payment and delivery requirements, and who will run the store day to day. We recommend WooCommerce for stores that need custom logic and full ownership, Shopify for retailers who want to start selling quickly without managing infrastructure, and a custom build only when neither fits.

It depends on catalogue size, the integrations you need and how much of the design is custom. We scope the build after the discovery call and give you a fixed breakdown, so you are not comparing estimates built on different assumptions.

A straightforward store on an established platform typically takes six to ten weeks from discovery to launch. Larger catalogues, migrations and custom integrations take longer, and we give you a dated plan before starting.

Your product data, brand assets, payment gateway details and courier accounts, plus access to your current store if you are migrating. The most important input is whoever knows your products and how your customers buy them.

Yes. We move products, orders and customers, then map every old URL to its new one with 301 redirects so search visibility carries across. Migration is planned before the build starts rather than bolted on at the end.

Yes. We build for clients in Pakistan and internationally, and configure payment methods, currencies and delivery zones for the markets each store actually sells into.

It is designed on a phone first. Most e-commerce traffic in Pakistan is mobile, so layouts, images and checkout are sized and tested for a phone before the desktop version is considered.

Yes. Cash on delivery is configured alongside card and wallet payments, with the delivery zones and order statuses it needs to work reliably. We also set up the order confirmations that reduce failed COD deliveries.

We watch real order data, fix whatever the funnel reveals, and hand over documentation so your team can run day-to-day operations. Ongoing support is available but not required to keep the store running.

Yes. Handover includes a walkthrough of adding products, managing stock, running promotions and reading the order reports, with written documentation you can refer back to.
